Haha - just a bit of fun! Some of you may well have heard this week that one of the first editions of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone sold for nearly £70,000 at auction!
This is because there were only 500 books in the first print run. So you would have to be quite lucky to have one.
Now I'm not saying you're going to get that rich with Bradley and the Dinosaur! I just want to tell you the good news that a NEW second edition of Bradley and the Dinosaur is going to print soon, almost exactly three years after the first edition hit the shops.
Fact: the first edition of 'Dinosaur' shares something in common with the first Harry Potter - a typo on the back cover! For J.K. Rowling it was the spelling mistake 'Philospher's' - for Bradley - well, why not take a look and see for yourself?
So -if you're the collecting sort - now would be a good time to get your hands on that first edition. Once I've checked the proofs and they're up to speed, the first edition will be retired. (Probably within the next fortnight, though there may be some overlap to make sure all is good). Still the same great story, still the same great illustrations, with a new front and back cover - and a few minor tweaks in the story rhymes to improve the rhythm on one or two pages.
This new edition will also come under the Singing Frog Publishing imprint.
With over 2000 copies sold and downloaded and over 30 five-star reviews, don't delay, get a first edition copy today!
